Daily Meal Schedule:

  • Breakfast (8:00 AM) – Start the day with protein-rich options, warm porridge or cereal, and a variety of accompaniments to provide sustained energy.
  • Morning Tea (10:00 AM) – A comforting mid-morning break with tea, coffee, juice, and freshly baked treats.
  • Three-Course Lunch (1:00 PM) – A satisfying, nutrient-rich meal carefully prepared to accommodate individual preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Afternoon Tea (3:00 PM) – A light and social pause with tea, coffee, juice, and a selection of cookies, baked goods, and fresh fruit.
  • Supper (5:00 PM) – A gentle, easily digestible evening meal to close the day with comfort and nourishment. Evening medications are also provided at this time.
  • Evening Snack (7:00 PM) – Lite meal for our night owls.
