Family and friends are always welcome. Visiting hours are flexible to ensure you can spend meaningful time with your loved one while maintaining a calm and restful environment for all residents.

We encourage families to book a visit to our Northriding, Mountainview, or Ruimsig facilities. During your visit, our care coordinators will discuss your loved one’s needs and help you find the best fit for their comfort and care.

Each of our facilities is staffed with a Matron, Head Carer (Qualified Nursing Staff) caregivers and Branch Managers. We also have visiting doctors and physiotherapists to ensure ongoing medical care and recovery support. All residents are also welcome to use there preferred medical professionals.

Yes, we offer short-term stays for families needing temporary care support ideal for post-hospital recovery, caregiver breaks, or trial periods before permanent admission.
